The revised Florida Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act bill was signed by the governor on May 29, 2024 and was effective as of January 1, 2025.

 
The Principal and Income Committee meets to review and discuss the Florida Uniform Fiduciary Income and Principal Act to determine when changes are appropriate based upon statutory changes, relevant case law, changes to the uniform fiduciary income and principal act promulgated by the Uniform Law Commission, and the experiences of interested parties.
